Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping
We securely pack the paintings in layers of bubble wrapm soft corners and firmcardboard box. We use for delivery UPS. Ussually within 3-5 days after the oder confirmation, you receive a tracking code via e-mail.

Returns & exchanges or cancellations
If you're not comletely happy with your painting, you have 14 days from the date you received the piece us for return.
We don't accept exchanges or cancellations.
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Paintings purchased with a discount or on the sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
