1. Original artwork

 

 

All paintings sold on this website are original, hand-painted artworks created by the artist. Each artwork is one-of-a-kind. Minor differences may appear between the website images and the actual item due to lighting or screen display settings.

2. Pricing

 

 

• All prices are listed in euros (€) and apply to the artwork only.

• Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout.

• The buyer is responsible for any additional bank or payment provider fees, if applicable.

3. Payment

 

 

We accept secure payments via:

 

• Credit cards

• PayPal

 

 

All payments are encrypted and handled by third-party providers. We do not store or access your complete card information.

4. Order processing & shipping

 

 

• Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• We ship with UPS / FedEx. Every painting is securely packaged with:

  • Bubble wrap

  • Soft protective corners

  • A sturdy cardboard box

• Within the EU: 5–10 business days

• Outside the EU: 10–20 business days (depending on location)

5. Customs & import taxes

 

 

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applicable in their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. Returns & refunds

 

 

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If not, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

 

Return conditions:

 

• You must notify us by email (tikkgallery@gmail.com) within 14 days from the day you received the item.

• The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

• The original delivery/shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

 

 

Non-returnable items:

 

• Custom or personalized orders

• Discounted or sale items

 

 

We reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund if the returned item is damaged, altered, or not returned in its original condition.

7. Right to refuse orders

 

 

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of:

In such cases, any charges made will be refunded in full.
