1. Original artwork

All paintings sold on this website are original, hand-painted pieces created by the artist. Each artwork is one-of-a-kind. Minor differences may appear between the website images and the actual item due to lighting or screen display settings.

 

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in euros (€) and apply to the artwork only. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout.

 

3. Payment

We accept secure payments via:

• PayPal

 

All payments are encrypted. We do not store or access your card information.

 

4. Order processing & shipping

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

We ship with UPS/ FedEx, and every painting is securely packaged using:

• Bubble wrap

• Soft protective corners

• A sturdy cardboard box

5. Customs & Import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If not, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

 

Return conditions:

• The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Non-returnable items:​

• Discounted or sale items

We reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund if the returned item is damaged or altered.

 

7. Right to refuse orders

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of:
